Zupplly

At Zupplly, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent tech support services. We understand that sometimes plans change or issues arise. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.

1. Service Cancellations

Before Technician Dispatch

You may cancel your service request free of charge if cancelled before our technician is dispatched.

After Technician Dispatch

If cancellation is requested after the technician has started traveling or reached your location:

  • A standard visit/inspection charge may apply
  • Charges cover time, travel, and service preparation costs

Same-Day or Emergency Bookings

For urgent or same-day bookings:

  • Last-minute cancellations may attract partial service charges
  • Rescheduling is allowed based on availability

2. Rescheduling Policy

We understand unexpected situations happen.

  • You may reschedule your appointment at no extra cost with prior notice
  • Same-day rescheduling depends on technician availability
  • Repeated rescheduling may result in delayed service slots

3. Returns (Parts & Products)

Since Zupplly primarily provides repair and service-based solutions, returns apply only to physical parts or products supplied by us.

Eligible for Return/Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted if:

  • The part delivered is defective
  • Wrong item was supplied
  • Item is damaged at installation

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of installation/delivery.

Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Damage is caused by misuse, water, or physical impact
  • The product has been altered or handled by third parties
  • It is a consumable or special-order part
  • Issue arises after successful installation and testing

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Service cancelled before dispatch
  • Service not delivered due to our operational issues
  • Parts unavailable after payment
  • Duplicate or excess payment

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Returned via original payment method
  • Processing time may vary by bank or payment gateway

5. AMC & Annual Plans Cancellation

For AMC or Annual Maintenance Contracts:

  • Cancellation is allowed within 7 days of purchase, if no service has been used
  • If services have been used, refund will be prorated after deducting service costs
  • No refunds after 50% of the contract period is completed

6. No-Show Policy

If the customer:

  • Is unavailable at the location
  • Provides incorrect address/contact details
  • Fails to respond during scheduled time

A visit charge may be applied, and a new booking may be required.

7. Quality Assurance

If you are unsatisfied with the service:

  • Inform us within 24 hours
  • We will arrange re-inspection or corrective service whenever possible
