  • On-site repairs and troubleshooting

  • Installation services (CCTV, networking, electrical, security systems)
  • Maintenance and support solutions

Service availability may vary based on location and feasibility.

3. Service Booking & Scheduling

  • Services must be booked via phone, email, or website
  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability
  • Same-day service is subject to request time and technician availability
  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen issues may occur

We will always try our best to inform you of any changes.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide correct contact and address details
  • Ensure safe access to the service location
  • Back up important data before repair
  • Provide genuine equipment and accessories
  • Be present during service or assign an authorized person

Zupplly is not responsible for data loss or pre-existing damage.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are shared before service confirmation
  • Charges may vary depending on repair complexity and parts required
  • Payment must be completed upon service completion unless otherwise agreed
  • We reserve the right to revise pricing without prior notice

No hidden charges — only approved costs are billed.

6. Warranty & Repairs

  • Warranty terms apply only to specific services or replaced parts
  • Warranty does not cover accidental, liquid, physical, or misuse damage
  • Unauthorized third-party repairs void our service warranty
  • Repair timelines depend on part availability and technical diagnosis

7. AMC & Annual Plans

For Annual Maintenance Contracts:

  • Coverage applies only to listed devices
  • Preventive visits are scheduled periodically
  • Consumables and major parts may be charged separately
  • Improper handling or external damage is excluded
  • Contract validity ends automatically after the agreed term

8. On-Site Service Policy

  • 95% of repairs are completed at the customer location
  • Complex repairs may require lab servicing
  • Devices taken to our lab will be documented and returned safely
  • Estimated timelines will be communicated clearly

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled before technician dispatch
  • Last-minute cancellations may incur a visit charge
  • Refund eligibility follows our Cancellation/Refund Policy

10. Limitation of Liability

Zupplly shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Business interruptions
  • Delays beyond our control
  • Pre-existing issues in devices

Our liability is limited to the service amount paid.

11. Website Usage
